Item return/refund or exchange
Can I return the received product?
The product can be exchanged/returned within 5 days of receiving the package in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transportation.
- The product have factory defect.
- Product characteristics do not match the website description.
- You received another product by mistake.
In case of other reasons, the order is not subject to return.
In case of a justified claim, the buyer is obligated to return the purchased item within 5 (five) working days maximum at our expense (by using our delivery company) then we will deliver again the correct item or refund the money according to the client request.
How to return the product ?
- Please send your request by the chat link in the right side of the website or the email store@royalhome.ge.
- Please include in your email the order number, the date of purchase, full name, mobile number, mention the reason of returning, attached photos of the product purchased and the way you are going to return the item.
- Please wait for our response to proceed with the returning process.
In case of receive the approval email to return the items please follow the following steps:
- Pack the purchased product in its original packaging and place it in the shipping box then write the following information and address:

- As soon as the returned product arrives at our address, you will be notified by email or WhatsApp incase you mentioned your mobile number.

How long will it take to get my money back ?
If your returned order corresponds to the reasons given in our list, the amount will be returned to you within 5 working days after the application is satisfied to the same bank account (card) with which you made the payment.

All products that have a guarantee label on the photo of the product on the website or mentioned by writing in the description box of each item.
How long does the product have a guarantee?
The duration of the guarantee depends on the specifics of the product.
What should I do if the product is damaged during transportation ?
If the product you ordered or its packaging was damaged during delivery (transportation), do not accept the item from the courier and contact the site administration immediately.
