ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY & SHIPPING COST
Our main warehouse is located in Georgia Tbilisi. So, please allow us (1-2 working days) to process your order inside Georgia and (2-3 working days) to provide the tracking number for European countries like Greece - Germany - Netherlands - France - Italy - Spain. . Expect an email within (1 one day) to confirm your order and let you know about the delivery date!
- The estimated delivery time inside Georgia is 2-4 working days.
- The estimated delivery time to European countries is 10-15 working days.
PICKUP PRODUCTS FROM THE COMPANY WAREHOUSE
Note: The self-receiving products are available only for Georgian clients and should be done by the buyer personally with proof of payment and order number.
In case you choose (pickup) option during the checkout process, please come to pick up your order from the following address: Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Davit. Agmashenebeli 15th km, postcode 0131, in front of Tbilisi Mall, Tbilisi, Georgia
Orders can be picked up daily, from [10 AM to 6 PM] from Monday to Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
In case you choose (Ship) option during the checkout process, then the tracking number will be provided within 2-3 working days after receiving the order.
LOCAL DELIVERY IN GEORGIA
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Tbilisi and the all Georgian regions.
Orders placed before [10 AM] or during the store working hours [10 AM to 6 PM] will be processed to deliver for the next day. Orders placed outside of working days (Saturday afternoon) or (Sunday) will be delivered on the first Tuesday during working hours.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within two working days using A local shipment company in Georgia Tbilisi or any kind of different shipping company according to our estimates to provide better and faster services to the customers, the standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.
LOCAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the order amount.
In case there is an offer for (free shipping) the system will show you a notification during your checkout to inform you to add additional items to get free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
We offer international shipping to the following European countries: Greece - Germany - Netherlands - France - Italy - Spain.
Shipping charges for your order will not be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping time (8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Royal home luxury LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours maximum at store@royalhome.ge with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
